Access to content is provided immediately after successful payment.

Strict No Refund Policy

All purchases made on the IHRM platform are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

• Monthly subscription plans (₹499 / ₹999)
• One-time programs such as Career Accelerator
• Any discounted or promotional offers

Once access to HR courses online is granted, users gain immediate entry to course materials and are eligible to download certificates upon completion. Therefore, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances.

Reason for No Refund

Our policy is based on the nature of digital services provided:

• Instant access to course content
• Ability to consume learning materials immediately
• Downloadable course completion certificates
• No physical return of product possible

Because users receive full value instantly, refund requests cannot be accommodated.

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Important Conditions:

• Cancellation will stop future billing cycles
• No refund will be issued for the current billing period
• Access to courses will continue until the subscription period ends

Live Training Programs

For live programs such as Career Accelerator:

• No refunds will be provided once the program has started
• Non-attendance does not qualify for refund or rescheduling

Duplicate Payments (Exception)

Refunds will only be considered in the following case:

• If a user is charged twice due to a technical issue
• The user must notify us within 48 hours
• After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded

Payment Security

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

IHRM does not store:

• Credit/debit card details
